What is an Architect Folder?

An Architect Folder is a professional sample portfolio designed to showcase an entire collection of products in one compact, organized binder. These folders are typically used in design libraries or by architects and designers to compare colors, textures, and finishes quickly and efficiently. They allow clients to see the full scope of your offerings without receiving dozens of separate samples.

What is a Sample Board?

A Sample Board is a physical display that combines product swatches with descriptive information. It’s often used in retail showrooms, trade shows, or client presentations to help customers evaluate a product’s color, texture, and quality at a glance. Think of it as a permanent, portable salesperson for your brand.

Will AI marketing tools replace the need for printing services?

Physical product samples are irreplaceable for any company that needs to display tangible products. While digital marketing tools can complement your campaigns, nothing replaces the ability for a client to touch, feel, and experience a product firsthand. Sample folders, boards, and custom kits act as lasting brand ambassadors that stay in your customer’s office long after a digital ad has disappeared.

Isn’t the printing industry dying? No one buys newspapers or magazines anymore.

Actually, print is thriving in new ways. Businesses still need branded packaging, labels, signage, boxes, and marketing materials—and digital printing technology allows for brand-consistent, high-quality production across all of these. If your message or product needs to stand out visually, convey information, or create a tactile experience, printing is still the best way to make it happen.

Will you be able to keep my brand color consistent from run to run?

Yes. Campbell Printing takes color consistency very seriously. Our presses and color proof printers are regularly calibrated to the G7 global printing standard, ensuring your brand colors remain accurate across every run.

While perception of color can vary depending on lighting, environment, or even human perception, we rely on objective color correction and industry-standard processes to deliver results that meet your expectations every time.

How long does it take to produce my samples?

Timelines vary depending on the product type:
- Architect Folders / Collapsible Sample Portfolios: 3–6 weeks
- Custom Sample Boxes: 4–8 weeks
- Sample Display Cards: 2–4 weeks
- Flip Rack Cards: Varies with collection size
- Handheld Sample Sales Tools: 3 weeks (minimal printing)
- Booklets & Brochures: 3–5 weeks depending on binding and finishing
